QA/QC Introduction

To meet the requirements of domestic and foreign markets of agricultural products, based on the former tea technology experts and equipment, Zhejiang Camel Tea Quality Inspection Co., Ltd. is authorized by Zhejiang Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and registered in Zhejiang Administration for Industry and Commerce. By over three years of tea pesticide residues test and compared with other inspection organizations' contrast experiments at home and abroad, the test reports offered by the inspection center are authentic and approbated by both concerned bureaus and customers. Now the center is actively preparing for measure certification. After that the center will extend the service line to tea and agricultural products pesticide residues test and other inspections. Subordinate to the inspection center are sense remark lab, physical and chemical inspection lab, pesticide residues test lab and integrated service department.

The center is located on 218 Tiyuchang Road, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province and covers an area of 500 square meters. There are 12 inspectors and technology experts in the center and the advanced inspecting equipment among that the GC machine (6890N) and two sets of fittings imported from American HP Company are the updated inspecting equipment in the world. The center can basically meet the conditions of testing a variety of tea and agricultural products.

Sense remark lab: remarks the quality of tea for all kinds of manufacturer, processor and export enterprises and authenticates fake tea, mixed tea and stained tea.

Physical and chemical inspection lab: inspects the following items for tea (agricultural products): moisture, dust, microelement, microbe and GTP.

Pesticide residues test lab: tests the following items for tea (agricultural products): DDT, BHC, Dicofol, Permethrin, and S421.

Integrated service department: supplies a series of services for various enterprises such as management scheme, technology guidance and training, and also offers marketing information.
